I am so excited to bring you this product review! I recently had the opportunity to review a decal from DecalThat. Since I am a proud oilfield wife, I chose the Proud Oilfield Wife Decal.

I had never put a decal on my car window, so I was a little nervous that I would screw it up. I was so happy when I opened the envelope and found instructions. They were very easy to read and understand. It was only 5 easy steps.

1.) Clean the surface.
2.) Secure with tape.
3.) Remove backing paper.
4.) Apply the graphic.
5.) Remove Transfer tape.

The decal went on nice and smoothly. I was very impressed. I am so happy with this decal, it defines me. I am sure other oilfield wives will love this as well. DecalThat has some awesome decals that range from car to wall. They even have a cup that you can chose your decal. If you want great, and friendly service, you are looking for a quality decal, then I highly recommend DecalThat.

Terra Vonnel and the Skulls of Aries by D.C Akers Review

Terra Vonnel and the Skulls of Aries

By D.C Akers

This past weekend I had the pleasure to read Terra Vonnel and the Skulls of Aries by D.C Akers. The first book in the Terra Vonnel Trilogy. Terra is a 17 year old girl who is known as the Sea Vixen. As you can see this is a "High Seas Adventure".  She is on a quest to find and use the Orb of Time to solve and seek revenge on the killer of her mother. Along the way, you will meet vampires, her crew, and a terrifying creature that no one has survived to tell about!

Let me just say, I just loved this book! I highly recommend it. I found it very descriptive and adventurous. I love how the Author (D.C Akers) kept the story flowing through out the story.I believe this is great book for all ages, specially teens. This would also be a great book for girls since the main character is a teen girl who is overcoming odds and dealing with the loss of her mother.

To view D.C Aker's website click here. To view his page on Facebook click here. To buy Terra Vonnel and the Skulls of Aries click here. To read other reviews click here.

I hope you all look into this book and read it. I am sure you will love it as much as me!

Chasing my dreams...

This is my story.

To all of my readers out there, I want to share with you my story.

I have always been a bigger girl, I am big boned, and even when I was my healthiest and most fit, I weighed 200 lbs. I was running cross country, I hardly had any body fat at all, even though after running cross country, my weight had gone up 20 lbs but I went down 4 pant sizes. That was my senior year in high school. I knew what people thought of me and called me and it hurt me.

Now, after 7 years, a knee surgery, and two kids, I am at my heaviest. I have suffered from depression for the longest time. I have not had faith in myself for a long time. My self esteem was non-existent. I started thinking that no one would want to hang out with me or talk to me because how big I was. I have to say all of that is changing, and I like it. Currently I am 268 lbs, On Jan. 16th 2013 I weighed in at 289 lbs. I was devastated. I did not want to look at myself. On February 1st I started my road, to a whole new me. I join a weight loss group and challenge on Facebook  The Challenge goes until May 31st.

I started out eating healthier and exercising, I cut the pop out of my diet, most of all the junk food as well. I weighed in at 265 lbs on March 1st. I started Insanity on March 4th and also started It Work's Ultimate Body Applicator, Defining gel, Fat Fighters, Greens, and Thermofit. I had one bag of Body By Vi Shake mix so I decided I would replace two of my meals with that as it said on the directions. I felt good, but I was gaining the weight back. On March 8th I had weighed in at 268 lbs, and on March 11th at 10:00 pm I was 275 lbs! My husband found a blog from a fitness trainer who had done months of research on the Body By Vi Shakes you can find it here. After reading it, I immediately threw it out. That was on Sunday, Today, March 12th I am 268 lbs. In using the It Works products where you can find here I have seen a lot a considerable amount of inches come off in just 2 ultimate boy applicators. (16 inches total in my waist and hips.) I use the Defining gel twice a day, thermofit twice a day, fat fighters as needed and greens once a day. I have seen an improvement in my energy, my moodiness, and my weight. I believe in these products so much that I became an Independent Distributor. If you want to see before and after pictures please visit Wrap Yourself Skinny With Amanda.

I wanted to do Insanity for awhile now and finally broke down and bought it. I was worried about how much it was. Only a couple of days in and I knew that it was worth the price. I am now in Week 2 and tomorrow will be day 3 of week 2. I can do many more exercises now then when I first started. I can do more reps as well. I have to say that I love it! Best workouts that I have ever done.

I have to say I am getting two big pushes to get me through this, they come from my husband and best friend Mickey, and a new, great friend Heather, If it wasn't for both of them
I wouldn't be doing so well.

I am not writing a review, or trying to get people to buy products. This is my own personal opinion and I just want people to have their questions answered about It Works! and to know that there is something out there that works. To everyone who thinks they will not be able to change your weight, or change your self confidence, I am doing it right now, you can too! I would love your comments, I have never publicly announced my weight before so please be kind.

Do you ever have a hard time shopping for healthy foods that actually taste good? A lot of healthy foods don't always taste good. I love to eat what actually tastes good and is healthy for you at the same time. Finding snacks that are healthy can be hard. There are many out there, but they are not always good. Have you ever had granola before? I've had many different types of granola and they have all been very good. Have you heard of Ola granola?
104_3428
I received some Ola granola for review. I got the no nut vanilla, vanilla almond and cranberry orange pecan. They are all 100 % natural. One thing I love about this granola is that it's dairy free. As some of you may know by now, my youngest daughter is allergic to dairy. It's not always easy to find her some healthy snacks that we can all enjoy. I'm so glad these have no dairy in them. We can all sit down and enjoy some granola as a family.
104_3447
My daughters and I really enjoyed the vanilla almond Ola granola the most. One of my friends was over and I let her try the granola and she really liked it. We were all sitting down and snacking on the granola. It's very crunchy and delicious. It would also be really good with some milk. I'd eat the granola for breakfast each morning. It's like eating a bowl of cereal in the morning. Just take some granola and put it in a bowl along with some milk. Then you have a nice bowl of granola cereal. It's the perfect idea for breakfast.I really enjoyed the granola with almonds and then the one with pecans. I always love granola with nuts in them. Makes it more enjoyable. It gives it more flavor as well.
If you're looking for a great product for snacking on, then make sure to check out Ola granola. They have three different flavors to choose from and they're all great tasting. If you love granola, than I'm sure you will love the Ola granola.

Giveaways and sore losers.

One Lucky Winner!

Recently, I entered a Pin it to Win it, a Xbox giveaway, for A Tomb Raider Prize Pack. You have to re-pin at least 5 items Lara Croft could use to survive on a mysterious island that she is shipwrecked on. To view the board and comments you can find it HERE

Tomb Raider is one of my all time favorites! I was very excited to have a chance to even enter. So when I received an e-mail from Pinterest saying I had a follower Xbox, I was intrigued. So I checked out the board and saw that I was a winner. Four other people won as well. A WINNER! I never win anything. I was so excited that was until, I received another email from Pinterest saying that a person had replied to my comment. What I saw, made me a bit upset.

I do not believe that if you enter a giveaway and do not win you should start saying hurtful, mean words, or belittle someone. You have a great sense of the odds of winning since you can see everyone who entered. Congratulate the winners and let it be. Maybe you will win next time. With this being said, take a moment and thank the company for bringing this giveaway to you. They don't have to do giveaways, but they do.

Thank you to all my readers out there, and remember be thankful for what you have, and the chances you have because others may not have the same chances you do.

I am a Video gamer Mom....Am I bad?

I am a Video gamer mom.

Hi, my name is Amanda, and I am a video gameaholic. I finally came out and said it! I feel so free admitting my addiction.... Can you hear the sarcasm in my voice? How many moms out there have been told that since you have children you should not play video games? Well, this is what I think about that!

I turned 24 in November, I have been playing video games ever since I can remember, and I have a 2 wonderful children. I try and play a video game on a regular basis. Excuse me, my blog is called Gamer's Galore and More for a reason. Just because I am mom it doesn't mean that I have to cut all ties to video games. Am I a bad mom because I won't stop? Hell No! I'm sorry but there are moms out there who are into worst activities.

Q: Do I ignore my children when I play?

A: No, I try to play when they are sleeping or busy playing with their toys and don't want anything to do with me.

Q: Aren't you to old too play video games?

A: No, Aren't your too old to wear a mini skirt?

Q: Does video games make you Violent?

A: Now this is my opinion, No. I have played a variety of games, and am I a violent person? No.

Q: Will you let your children play graphic video games?

A: Yes, I believe they are going to see fighting, or blood one way or another. Now, that doesn't mean I am going to let them play Skyrim or Call of Duty when they are four. I believe kids should be introduce to nature that we condemn to learn about it. So If I was homeschooling my children, I would probably use a game to teach them a lesson. I don't think kids should be sheltered from " all the bad things" to produce good children. Kids need to know what is out there to better protect and prepare themselves from it.

Q: You know your children will become lazy and fat if you let them play video games, right?

A: No, they won't. They will understand that getting exercise and fresh air is important. I would trust them to know when they are playing to much and when they think they need to go outside and play. If you do not trust your child and tell them they need to do everything, how are they going to trust themselves and know what to do while they are on their own? When they do start playing video games all I will say is play in moderation.

So next time some one says your a bad mom, or you are to old for video games, just send them to this post. Okay, maybe not. Just please promise me that is you won't let what they say bother you.

<3,
